DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

UK DELIVERIES

Once you place an order with us through our website your delivery will typically leave on a next day delivery service, with exception for the Highlands & Islands which will take 2 or 3 days. We will notify you of your delivery details so you are kept informed until the point of receipt. We use Parcel2Go and Royal Mail for deliveries and the standard delivery rate starts at £4.00.

Sorry but we currently DO NOT deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Generally returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, however, if you are not satisfied with your items in the event of burst bags or erroneous products supplied, please contact us by email and we will get in touch with you to organise a replacement product. Email: theblackdogcoffeeco@gmail.com.

For returns, we ask you to take responsibility to post the item back to us, address is below. We will then compensate you for that postal charge by placing the cost of postage into your bank account or paypal account.
